
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice (or vinegar)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
1 teaspoon dried oregano (or Italian seasoning)
1 teaspoon paprika (optional, for color and smoky flavor)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
- Place chicken in a zip-top bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over it.
- Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (ideally 2–4 hours, or overnight for more flavor).
- Remove from marinade and cook as desired—grill, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes, or pan-sear.
