Keto Smoked Salmon Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz smoked salmon
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • ½ cucumber, shaved into ribbons
  • 1 soft-boiled egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Arrange salmon, avocado, and cucumber in a bowl.
  2. Soft-boil an egg (6 minutes), peel, and place on top.
