
Ingredients :
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions :
In a saucepan, add the butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the peanut butter until melted and well combined.
Add the quick cooking oats and vanilla extract, and stir until the mixture is evenly combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax or foil paper.
Let the cookies cool until they are set and firm.
