Savory Breakfast Pinwheel Rolls

Ingredients:

1 package puff pastry (thawed)

8 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture into a skillet over medium heat and scramble until fully cooked.

Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the puff pastry.

Sprinkle the cooked sausage and shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs.

Roll up the puff pastry tightly from one long side to the other, creating a log shape.
